Caleb's Birthday Party

Caleb's party was a success! I truly felt like I was putting on a production!! Phew, am I tired...

We had a great time in our transformed backyard, "The Emerald City". 15 kids attended and Caleb had a blast! We started with the yellow brick road in our front yard and the kids entered at The Emerald City Gate where they had to knock to be let in. Dorothy (My sister), greeted everyone as they came in. It was too fun!! Thanks to Papa, Nana & Auntie Lolo who helped us put this party together!!! Enjoy the photos...
Caleb running down our yellow brick road
Thanks to Auntie Lolo, she made Auntie Em's House I asked for...we included a hanging tornado too.

The Emerald City Gate ~Thanks to Jason who cut out the Gate from wood and Papa who painted it for me.
Caleb acting silly, as usual.

Auntie Lolo as Dorothy!
I had this crazy idea to have a hot air balloon that we could use for a photo backdrop. Thanks to Lolo for making it for me. (I just love delegating!! :)
The kids played the Dorothy Donut Drop game
All of our food was "kid friendly" and was themed like the Wizard of Oz
